I help busy women and men navigate the challenges of midlife to get stronger and become more balanced and flexible with Pilates and simple nutrition strategies to look and feel better than you have in decades.

You want real-life solutions that fit into your lifestyle and not spend hours at the gym. Staying active is important to you so you can do what you love. You want results that last without crazy hard exercises and meals that include your favorite foods.

Life is changing, and so are your needs. In my thirty years in the fitness and wellness industry, I have created step-by-step action plans that empower you to create the fitness lifestyle you’ll love. It all starts with what I call “baby steps” and leads to big wins.
