Private Virtual Fitness / Nutrition Coaching

1) Fitness Training
I am with you every step of the way and guide you through the exercises with corrections, variations, and progressions during our time together. We use your equipment, and I may recommend a few pieces to make your training effective. The exercise may vary weekly, keeping your goals in mind. Each session is 55 minutes long and costs $110.00.

2) Nutrition Coaching
If you want to change how you eat for your health, I will guide you through my proven strategies. They are not about the latest nutrition gimmick or cleanse that is not sustainable. Instead, I show you how to take control of your nutrition habits. My simple and balanced approach to nutrition with clear action steps will ensure your success. Each session is 55 minutes long and costs $110.00.

3) Combo Sessions
You want to transform your body, and you’re ready to make lasting changes. During our time together, we focus on what you need the most at that particular time to get maximum results. Each session is 55 minutes long and costs $110.00.

Private 1:1 Coaching Program

12-Week Individual Online Fitness Coaching Program
This type of customized online training is for someone who enjoys working independently through video instruction but with some support. First, we’ll establish your personal goals and the desired fitness and nutrition program outcome through a coaching call. Then, I’ll create the program based on the information you shared. You’ll have access to the program for 12 weeks from the start of the training.

Your Personal Program Includes:

  • Initial Fitness Survey
  • Followed by an in-depth 60-minute to create your plan
  • 3 detailed weekly workouts (all my programs include Pilates over 50 classes)
  • Weekly progression charts
  • Personalized nutrition strategies upon request
  • Weekly accountability check-ins
  • 3 personal strategy calls
  • Unlimited email support (during our office hours, Mo-Fri, 9 am – 5 pm)
  • A complete accountability planner

How does online training work?

1) You’ll need an internet connection, a phone, tablet, or computer. We’ll train on Skype, Zoom, Google Hangout, or FaceTime together—you choose the best platform. During our first session, we determine your goals and desired outcome, any injuries that need to be considered, and take stock of the equipment you have available for training.

2) We agree on a training time that works for both of us.

3) You’ll receive an appointment reminder for the agreed-upon date and time.

4) The day before your training, you’ll receive a secure payment link, through which you can pay for your session.

5) Make sure you have a comfortable, well-lit, and airy space for your training with me.

6) Once it’s time for your training, log into the medium for training we agreed on, and I’ll meet you there.
