- You use your own equipment (I’ll help you optimize what you have)

2️⃣ Nutrition Coaching – Real-Life Strategies That Stick
- 55-minute sessions to build sustainable eating habits
- No gimmicks—just clear action steps and personalized guidance
- Learn how to fuel your body without stress
- $110 per session
3️⃣ Fitness + Nutrition Combo Sessions
- We’ll focus on what you need most in that moment—body and plate
- 55 minutes of customized coaching for full transformation
- $110 per session
✅ 12-Week Individual Online Fitness Program (Self-paced + supported)
Perfect if you like working independently but still want expert guidance and accountability.
Your Personal Program Includes:
- Initial Fitness Survey
- Followed by an in-depth 60-minute to create your plan
- 3 detailed weekly workouts (all my programs include Pilates over 50 classes)
- Weekly progression charts
- Personalized nutrition strategies (optional)
- 3 personal coaching calls + unlimited email support
- Unlimited email support (during our office hours, Mo-Fri, 9 am – 5 pm)
- Accountability planner and tools

How does online training work?
It’s simple:
I’ll meet you online and guide you through your session
- Choose your platform (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc.)
- We pick a time that works for both of us
- You’ll get a reminder and a secure payment link the day before
- Set up in a well-lit, quiet space
