From the YMCA to Global Coaching
My journey began in a local YMCA class, where I had no background in fitness—just curiosity and a desire to feel better in my body. Over the decades, I became a Pilates with Resist-A-Ball™ program creator, competed in triathlons, and helped hundreds of clients build strength, regain energy, and reconnect with their confidence.
Now I bring that same passion to every client I coach—both in-person and through my online personal training programs for midlife adults.
