At HEYlifetraining Fitness and Wellness, we specialize in one-on-one Pilates, strength, and wellness coaching for midlife women and men—right here in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Our fully equipped boutique studio includes the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac, and is designed for comfort, privacy, and results. You’ll have access to:

  • A private entrance
  • A dedicated changing area and bathroom
  • 55-minute personalized training sessions
  • Free street parking on Alton Pkwy
  • A convenient location just 10 minutes from the Red Line Metro in downtown Silver Spring

Whether you’re managing joint pain, rebuilding strength, or just want to feel more confident and energized, we’ll work together at your pace with a customized approach that fits your goals.

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a friendly reminder 48 hours before your session. Just come dressed comfortably—I’ll take care of the rest.
