Do I have to count calories?

No, we base our approach on changing habits not counting.

What if I don’t like some of the foods?

No problem. We can always find an alternative solution.

I am eating a plant based diet, is this program for me?

Absolutely! We make sure to plan your nutrition program based on your preferences and teach you how to pair meals.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

This is very individual and depends on what you eat, and also what your exercise plan is. For a safe and sustainable weight loss we recommend 0.5 lb – 1 lb per week. We are also checking your body fat percentage and that will be a terrific measure for getting in shape.

Will I receive a meal plan and shopping list?

Yes, you do. On the other hand, we rather teach you sustainable nutrition habits and let you create you own list.

Once I got my nutrition plan then what?

We will help you make the changes based on the success you share with us. Tips, guidance and recommendations are just a fingertip away as we communicate via email.

Will I have to buy supplements?

No, we don’t recommend special supplements. We do encourage you add a multivitamin, Fish oil, and some protein powder to your nutrition plan.

Do I have to send progress pictures?

No, we understand if you are not comfortable sharing your photos with us. We do love to see your progress and pictures speak a thousand words.
