Individual sessions strive to help you focus on your specific needs and goals. Whether you want to lose weight, get in shape, recover from injury, overcome a therapeutic challenge, or improve an already healthy lifestyle. I strongly believe in cross-training and the benefits of cross-training for your health. All of our sessions are 55 minutes long. Invest In Yourself!

Online

We meet virtually, either one-on-one or in a group setting. Online training is simple! All you need is a computer, laptop, desktop, iPhone, iPad, and an internet connection. We will schedule your appointment via email once you contact me at a time convenient to both of our schedules. At the scheduled date and time, we meet online in person. You have exclusive access to me no matter where you live.

Like many bookworms, I tend to be sedentary. As I entered my 60s, my body was screaming for attention. I suffered stiffness, backaches, spinal disk problems, and fatigue. Within weeks of working with Heike, my chronic stiffness in the neck was gone, and my posture and back pain considerably improved. Now, after a year of weekly training, I am stronger and much better aligned, and I continue to be impressed by Heike’s extensive knowledge of the body (not to mention her delightful personality). I highly recommend her as a personal trainer and overall spirit-lifter!
