I don’t believe in extremes, punishment, or starting over every Monday. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you move forward—one step at a time.
My Story

I didn’t set out to become a fitness professional.
Like many people, I simply wanted to feel better and become stronger. What began with curiosity at my local YMCA eventually grew into a lifelong passion for helping others discover what their bodies are capable of.
Along the way, life brought its own challenges. As a single mom rebuilding my life, fitness became more than exercise—it became my anchor. It gave me confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose during one of the most difficult seasons of my life.
That experience shaped the coach I am today.
For more than 40 years, I’ve helped hundreds of adults build strength, improve mobility, regain confidence, and stay active through personalized coaching that fits their lives—not the other way around.

I love the outdoors, and that’s where you will find me most of the time.
Spending time with my two kids makes my heart sing (even if they live on opposite sides of the world).
Being a grandma to two wonderful grandkids reminds me every day why staying strong and healthy matters.
I have been known to say, “Exercise is good for you.” (Okay…I say it a lot).
Food is important to me, but I prefer it when my husband cooks for me.
