My private boutique studio was created to be a welcoming space where you can focus on your health without distractions, crowded gyms, or feeling like you’re being watched.

Every appointment is reserved exclusively for you, giving us the time and space to focus on what your body needs that day. Whether you’re learning a new movement, rebuilding strength, or working around aches and stiffness, you’ll receive my full attention in a calm, supportive environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Every session is tailored to your current fitness level, experience, and goals. Whether you’re just getting started or returning after a break, we’ll build a program that’s right for you.

Do I need Pilates experience?

No. Many of my clients have never used Pilates equipment before. I’ll guide you through every exercise and make sure you feel comfortable and confident.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for Pilates equipment, and I have extras available if you need them.

How often should I train?

That depends on your goals, schedule, and fitness level. Many clients train once or twice a week and complement their sessions with simple home exercises.

Where is your studio located?

My private boutique studio is located in Silver Spring, Maryland. I’ll provide directions and parking information before your first visit.

Do you work with injuries or medical conditions?

Yes. I have extensive experience working with adults managing arthritis, osteoporosis, joint pain, and other movement challenges. If you’re recovering from an injury or surgery, I’ll work within your healthcare provider’s recommendations. For clients needing a more specialized approach, I also offer Therapeutic Pilates.
